1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide worldwide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, if your shipping address are unable to reach to, we will contact you.

2. What is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs may vary according to your country and order placed in our website.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

Tracking number and delivery will be made 7-10 business days after order confirmation. It takes 1-3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out. However, it may be delayed 2-4 days during peak season. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery time will depend on destination city and country. Estimated shipping time is 8-10 days if using Express Shipping. For orders that choose the Normal Shipping method, the anticipated time is 10-14 days. The shipping time of both methods above applies when the tracking number is updated on the system. Please note that shipping time does not include processing and production time after you place your order. 

The delivery time might be delayed 2-4 days during peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill your orders as fast as we can.

4. Do you provide tracking information?
